RESERVATION NOTIFICATION
Reservations made online will not reflect additional per person charges or any special discounts that may apply. The confirmation letter sent to you by Dunes of Panama will reflect the true and confirmed rates.

TAX
Tax is not included in above rates. Sales tax is 11%.

CLEANING FEE
Cleaning fees aren not included in above rates. Per reservation.
All 1 and 2 bedroom units have a $65 cleaning fee.
All 3 bedroom units have a $75 cleaning fee.

MINIMUM STAY
Required minimum stay is three (3) nights. For walk-ins, it is two (2) nights. One week (7 nights) minimum for 4th of July. (June 26 – July 3 and July 3 – July 10)
(Weekly reservation run Saturday thru Saturday.)

PAYMENT
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Traveler's Checks, U.S. Currency, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks only.

RESERVATION AND DAMAGE
A deposit of $250 for all 1 and 2 bedrooms or $350 for all 3 bedrooms is required at the time of booking reservation. If paying a deposit by check (deposit only) the deposit must be received by rental office within 10 days of making the reservation. If deposit is not received the reservation will be cancelled. Deposits will be returned within 14 days of departure as long as there are no damages, unit has not been smoked in, no additional cleaning is needed (other than standard cleaning) to return unit back to rental quality.

All Monthly units will be held with a credit card then 90 days prior to arrival. $500 will be required to guarantee a reserved unit. Cancellations after 90 days will forfeit the full $500. A receipt of funds received will be mailed to you. If deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

Spring Break and Monthly Reservations requires a $500 deposit.

SPRING BREAK DEPOSIT
Spring Break $500 deposit due one month before check in by either money order or personal check only.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation notification required 21 days ahead for nightly and weekly reservations. Notification required 90 days in advance for monthly reservations to avoid forfeiture of full Reservation deposit. No Exceptions. There is a $25 processing fee for every cancelled reservation before 21 day/90 day cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in at 4:00 pm CST. Check-out at 10:00 am CST.

NO PETS ALLOWED
No guest pets allowed in any rental unit. No exceptions. There will be a $250 charge for pets found in a unit or seen on the property.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER
Registrants must be 25 years of age, and must occupy the unit for the full stay. Strictly enforced. ID's checked at registration and security.

NO SMOKING
All Units are non-smoking. Any units with evidence of smoking will forfeit the $250-$350 deposit. No exceptions.

PARKING
There is a two car maximum for parking. Additional vehicles will cost $10.00 per day. No boats or trailer vehicles will be allowed to park on property during Spring Break, Memorial, Summer, Peak Summer and Labor Day. Recreational vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

FULL PAYMENT
Full payment is required at check-in. Split payments between tenants will be accepted, however, the amount must be paid in full at time of check-in. Delayed payments will not be accepted, and guests will not be allowed access to the room until full payment is received. Sorry, no exceptions.

ADDITIONAL NIGHT CHARGE
An additional charge of $7 per night, per person may be assessed for each guest over what the unit is designed to accommodate. Example: Unit sleeps 6, there are 8 guests - add $14 to nightly rate.

GATE ACCESS
In order to re-enter the property during your stay you will need either a Gate Card ($10 refundable deposit on return of card) or access codes (no charge).
