At this point, you might be thinking, “Sure, the Little Village sounds fun, but how far am I going to have to drive to get there from my Panama City Beach condo rental?” Luckily, Little Village is located just 15 minutes away from our vacation rentals here at Dunes of Panama.

To get there, start by heading southeast on C R 392/Thomas Drive toward Venus Street, then make a U-turn and follow Venus Street for 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Joan Avenue, then after almost one mile, turn right onto SL – 30 East / Front Beach Road. You’ll follow this road for 5.5 miles before turning right toward Beck Avenue, then turning left onto West 12th Street. The Little Village is located at 2808 West 12th Street.
